Tired of serving gigs and frustrated with the lack of available production positions, Adam K. Allen decided in 2017 that it was time to officially launch his own production company. Honoring both his alma mater and one of her most famous alumni, David Letterman, Adam christened the company Fierce Little Bird Productions. FLB Productions proudly bears a cardinal logo and a name born from one of Letterman's quotes:

the fiercest robin-sized bird

in all the world."

A fellow Fighting Cardinal, Adam wanted to start a company that would embody the characteristics he felt Ball State University works to instill in her students: creativity, passion, growth, and originality.
